Items designated as 'Special order items' may not be in stock. You will be contacted with an approximate delivery date when your order has been received.

Pipe and Punty Warranty
All Pipes and Punties built by Spiral Arts, Inc. are guaranteed to last for at least 6 months from the time of purchase, against defects in materials and workmanship. During that time Spiral Arts, Inc. will replace any defective items you return. This warranty does not cover items worn through the course of normal use or damaged as a result of owner negligence. All returns must receive prior authorization.

Carlo Dona Warranty
Spiral Arts does not warranty any of the Carlo Dona products. We will work to resolve any problems you may encounter, however if the problem is beyond our ability to resolve you may need to contact Carlo Dona tools directly. Please call for contact information.

Return Policy
ONLY unused in new condition tools can be returned for exchange or store credit. No refunds! Please call in advance before sending tools, 1-888-369-5616 toll free or 206-768-9765
